Use the "Scheduler type" button to choose the type of schedule. The n2pdf Server Task distinguishes between two types of schedule:

Interval

The job is executed periodically on the specified days and in the defined periods.

Once a day

The job is executed once daily on the specified days and at the defined time.

Other settings are available, depending on the selected action.

Execution on the following days

Choose the days on which the schedule is active.

Daily start time and end time of the execution

Enter in the two fields the period (time) when the job is active and should be executed. If the "Schedule type" is set to "Once daily", you can only set the start time of the execution.

Interval

The option "Interval in seconds" allows you to specify the time intervals at which the action should be executed recurrently within the chosen time window (for "Schedule type" "Interval").

Tip: In contrast to the agents in Lotus Notes, shorter intervals can be set in the Server Task, since it does not start the Notes agents in the backend, but uses its own software to execute time-controlled actions.
